- Hairline Stainless Steel SheetsA hairline stainless steel sheet is characterized by fine, unidirectional lines etched into its surface. These consistent, hair-like lines are created using abrasive brushes or grinding tools, which can produce straight, diagonal, or crosshatch patterns. Despite its textured appearance, the surface remains smooth to the touch and resists the accumulation of dust and dirt.
- Mirror Stainless Steel SheetsStainless steel mirror sheets can be polished in two ways: by machine or by hand. Hand polishing is more costly, but it can achieve a higher level of shine. Depending on the intended use, you can choose the surface finish grade — standard mirror (8K), fine mirror (10K), or super mirror (12K).

In our workshop, specialists carry out surface cleaning, acid-resistant treatment, ink printing, etching, ink removal, and drying to create distinctive, artistic surface patterns. Etching can also be effectively combined with other surface finishing techniques.

Factors to consider when purchasing patterned

- Material GradeThe stainless steel grades most frequently used are 201, 304, 316, and 430. Among them, 304 is the most widely preferred thanks to its excellent corrosion resistance and good workability, making it suitable for both metal fabrication and decorative sheet metal applications.
- Pattern typeDecorative stainless steel sheets come in a wide range of patterns and can be customized to meet your specific requirements. They are typically available in finishes such as mirror, satin, vibration, sandblasted, hairline, PVD color coated, embossed, etched, stamped, laminated, and more.
- SpecificationTwo standard sizes are commonly used for stainless steel sheets: 1219 × 2438 mm (48"×96") and 1219 × 3048 mm (48"×120"). The maximum width can reach 1500 mm, and the length can be customized. However, due to transportation limitations, the length is typically kept within 4000 mm.
- ApplicationPlease specify the intended application or location where the stainless steel sheets will be used. If you’re unsure which styles are best for your project, our sales team can provide practical recommendations based on years of industry experience.
- ThicknessFor indoor or outdoor decorative applications, we recommend selecting stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 0.8 mm to 2.0 mm (11 to 22 gauge) to achieve the best balance between cost and performance. Generally, decorative sheets range from 0.5 mm to 3.0 mm in thickness, as surface treatments cannot be effectively applied to sheets thicker than 3.0 mm.
